Five Man Conspiracy offers a variety of services. Our primary focus is proof of concept and prototype design. We can also provide services for specific analysis and advice on a product.

Feasibility Survey and Estimates:

• Feasibility Survey - This survey is the in-depth development of the business requirements for a product. The purpose of this service is to define the feasibility of an idea for design. It allows us to give an estimate for the design and development of a prototype. We will discuss your idea with you and partition it into modules on which we can base our estimates.
• Estimate - We will provide a detailed estimate for the design and prototyping of the product in question. We will break down our services in an easy to understand format so you know how our time will be spent.

Design and Prototype:

• Functional Requirements - We will work with you to define a set of functional requirements. This process will determine deliverables during the project and at completion. Milestones will also be set to assist in communicating our progress and provide feedback during the design process.
• Design - The design of the project is the next step. We will research and design a prototype to meet the functional requirements of a project.
• Schematic Entry and PCB Layout - Schematics will be created for the design. These will be used to layout a PCB design for fabrication and population.
• Protyping - We will populate and verify the PCB(s).
• Concurrent Firmware and Software Development - Concurrent with the hardware design, necessary firmware and software will be written to provide functionality defined in the functional requirements.
• Documentation - Documentation is written during the design process. A set of documents will be delivered to you that provide the necessary files, processes, and information that is needed to duplicate the prototype. A basic "User's Manual" for the device is written to provide you with the skeleton of a User's Manual for your prototype and to help provide direction for the general use of the prototype.

RoHS Compliance Verification:

• Verification - Following your BOM, we will verify the RoHS compliance of all components.
• Locate Alternates - Whenever a component is found not to be RoHS compliant we will locate an alternative for your design that meets RoHS compliance specifications.
