Two Recent Network Outages

We have been subject to two recent network outages. Both were brief, but we have been working with our network provider to assure uninterrupted service. Unannounced downtime is not our idea of good customer service.

We have been assured that our service is now more reliable and faster after today's outage, and we have also been told that we will be notified in advance of any future network planned outages.
