Five Man Conspiracy has designed an electronics enclosure for the auto enthusiast. We've never been able to find an enclosure for the electronics hobbyist or designer for the auto market. Most people tell us they order cheap gauges from China, rip out the insides, and populate with their components. Well now there is an option specifically designed to facilitate electronics in the auto market.

Our enclosure is designed to fit in the standard 52mm or 2.047inch diameter pods. They feature a wiring through-hole, mounting boss, and keyed ledge on which to place a PCB or other items. Above this ledge for mounting internal components, there is also another step designed for a keyed faceplate. The design keeps this faceplace sitting above a standard faceplate with basic component heights and minimal clearance. The wiring through-hole mentioned above is designed for standard grommet sizes. Grommets are not included since there is no one size fits all. Specifications are dependent on your wiring needs.

The enclosure also features a ring that seals the faceplate and enclosure creating a smooth appearance and when mounted sets the enclosure cleaning in a pod, dashboard, or device.

The matching faceplate is keyed to match our design and is made of clear acrylic.

The enclosure is made of durable ABS plastic and is currently available in white.
The ring is made of a PVC plastic with a shore hardness of approximately A 85 for flexibility while retaining durability. It is currently available in black.
